Breakfast Baseballs.

This is actually something that my brother made last year at Christmas. I LOVED them. And the kids - all five of them - thought they were fun to eat (and tasty). It takes a little bit of time to prepare, just because you have to do some hard-boiling and then baking, but the outcome is worth it, especially when it comes to pleasing the little ones.
You Will Need
- 1 can of large crescent rolls
- 8 eggs (you need as many eggs as crescent rolls)
- ground sausage, your choice flavor
Hard-boil your eggs and preheat your oven to temperature suggested on crescent roll container. Unroll your crescents, put a thin layer of sausage on each roll. Peel your hard-boiled eggs, rinse, and place in the largest part of each roll. Fold the dough around the egg, bake as suggested on container.
They come out nice & round, like baseballs, hence the name.
They should come out of your oven a nice, golden brown.
Always,
KT
