BBQ Chicken in the Crockpot.
August 16th 2008 16:55
This makes the entire house smell delicious. It's easy to shred for sandwiches, or good straight out of the Crockpot.
You Will Need
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (you can use other cuts of chicken, if that's what you prefer).
- Bottled BBQ Sauce.
- 1 can of Diet Coke.
- Some water.
Lay your chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crockpot, pour BBQ sauce and diet coke over the chicken until covered. Add water if necessary. Depending on how much chicken you're cooking, you may want a few bottles of BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, check occasionally.
Serve with potato salad, cole slaw, mashed potatoes, whatever you want!
Always,
KT
