It's like Christmas!

My Pampered Chef order came yesterday! (Thank you, Fedex, for delivering on a Saturday!) So now, I'm surrounded by beautiful, useful gadgets that I've already started putting to work. I made a cheesecake with my new Springform pan, used my prep bowls and cookie sheet, and everything else is clean and ready to go. Ah, I love it!
Add on top of that the kickoff to college football season and you've got a very, very happy Katie! My home team, the Kentucky Wildcats, defeated the Louisville Cardinals this afternoon. What a great way to start fall!
In honor of football season, here's a tasty, super easy dip recipe for tailgating, parties, or just to keep around. It can be served cold or at room temperature with veggies, crackers, pita rounds - whatever!
You Will Need
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 ounces)
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Pinch of garlic salt
- Pepper to taste
Dump everything into a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Serve.
