What came first, the chicken or the egg?

If you're like me and LOVE egg salad, then this will become a staple in your house. It's my favorite lunch (dinner in the South, supper is the evening meal!), keeps well in the fridge, and is oh-so-good ... And easy.
You Will Need
- 4 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Three tablespoons of mayo or Miracle Whip
Boil eggs until hard-boiled and shock 'em so your yolks don't turn a funky color (aka, put them under cold water immediately). Peel and dice up finely. Toss into a tupperware bowl (or any other resealable, fridge-friendly container), add the rest and mix well. Stick on your favorite bread (I prefer a nice, deli-thick wheat) and you're good to go. For a little something extra, dice up Dill or Bread-n-Butter pickles and add, or if you have issues with texture, add a teaspoon of pickle juice.
Seems too easy to be true, huh? The above recipe can be 'tweaked' to your liking, depending on what YOU enjoy. And when I say pinch, I literally mean 'stick your fingers in the container and pinch it'. It differs from person to person.
And thank you, Orble, for the domain & support! I appreciate it!
Always,
KT
