Herb Baked Chicken.
August 27th 2008 12:23
This is absolutely wonderful. The chicken turns out nice & juicy and the herb mix gives it a really nice flavor.
You Will Need
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (this recipe calls for 4), trimmed of excess fat
- Teaspoon of rosemary
- Teaspoon of basil flakes
- Teaspoon of thyme
- Teaspoon of oregano
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic (or more, depending on how much you like)
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350º. Mix your herbs, garlic, salt & pepper in a shallow boil. Lay your chicken in a shallow casserole dish, brush with olive oil. Sprinkle the mix over your chicken. Pop in the oven for 35-40 minutes (or until they're no longer pink in the center).
Serve with a fluffy green salad, bread and a green veggie.
The chicken should be nice and juicy and a pretty golden color.
Always,
KT
